Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 June 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bookivo booking platform and related services at bookivo.co.uk (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service provider: Bookivo (United Kingdom). Contact: hello@bookivo.co.uk.

2. The Service

Bookivo provides online booking software, including branded booking websites, appointment management, forms, reminders and payment integrations. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your business.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Published prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise. VAT may apply where required.
  • Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • You may cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; access may continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Online payments

If you use Bookivo to collect client payments, those payments are processed by a third-party payment provider under that provider's terms. Bookivo is not a payment institution. You are responsible for your payment account, payout settings, refunds, chargebacks and compliance with payment and consumer laws.

6. Your content and client data

You retain ownership of content and client data you upload. You grant Bookivo a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to collect and use client data.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with other users, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service in a way that violates applicable law.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookivo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to Bookivo in that period, except where liability cannot be limited under UK law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach if not remedied within a reasonable period after notice. We may suspend or terminate access if required by law or to protect the Service. On termination, you may export data where the product allows.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
