# AutoSEO instructions for Bookivo

Paste this into AutoSEO onboarding / brand guidelines. Keep British English.

## What Bookivo is
UK booking software that gives beauty and aesthetics businesses their own branded booking website, with online bookings, deposits, Stripe payments, consultation forms and no marketplace commission.

Bookivo is not a marketplace. Customers book on the business's own branded website or booking link. There is no marketplace commission.

## Who we sell to
UK beauty salons, aesthetics clinics, nail technicians, lash technicians, hair salons, barbers, solo beauty professionals, mobile beauty therapists.

The commercial goal is customer acquisition: people actively looking for beauty booking software, switching from another system, or solving a specific booking problem (deposits, no-shows, consultation forms, WhatsApp bookings).

## Strongest offer
Prospects can request a free branded preview / mock-up of their Bookivo booking website before they sign up.

## Voice
- Write in British English.
- Be clear, practical and commercially useful. Do not sound like generic AI filler.
- Speak to salon owners, clinic owners, therapists and solo beauty professionals in the UK.
- Explain problems first, then how a branded booking website and booking system help.
- Be fair about competitors. Never invent competitor pricing, fees, features or reviews.
- Do not keyword-stuff. Use natural phrases such as “booking software for beauty salons” where they fit.
- Every article should end by helping the reader take a next step: branded preview or free trial.

## Never do this
- Do not invent prices, discounts, customer counts, reviews, ratings or case studies.
- Do not claim Bookivo is the cheapest, the best, or number one unless that is clearly framed as opinion and not a fact.
- Do not copy competitor websites, help centres or marketing copy.
- Do not give medical, clinical or regulatory advice. Clinics remain responsible for compliance, consent and clinical decisions.
- Do not say Klarna works on deposits. Klarna is only available on eligible full payments where available.
- Do not describe Bookivo as a marketplace. It is the business’s own booking website and software.
- Do not write thin pages that only swap one keyword. Skip a topic rather than publish filler.
- Do not cannibalise existing commercial landing pages listed below. Link to them instead.
- Do not create fake author bios, fake testimonials or fake before/after clinical claims.
- Do not target US spelling, US cities, or unrelated industries (trades, restaurants, medical GP practices).

## Where to send readers
Use the existing commercial URLs in llms.txt. Do not create a second Fresha/Booksy/Treatwell alternative article or a second “booking software for aesthetics clinics” article.

If AutoSEO hosts the blog separately, still link to bookivo.co.uk landing pages. Do not host duplicate money pages on the AutoSEO blog.

## Preferred AutoSEO article types
Helpful UK beauty-business guides that naturally lead to a commercial page. Examples:
- Should you put a booking link in your Instagram bio?
- How to write a salon cancellation policy
- What to send clients before an aesthetics consultation
- How independent nail techs can stop no-shows
- Moving from a paper diary to online booking without losing regulars

Each article should include the preview CTA and at least two internal links to bookivo.co.uk pages.
