Yes. New bookings appear instantly in Bookivo admin without refreshing. Teams can also enable mobile push notifications by installing the Bookivo Admin app to get real-time booking alerts.
What payment methods do you support?
We integrate with Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Klarna where available — so clients can spread the cost on larger bookings when offered. Customers pay securely, and funds go directly to your Stripe account.

Bookivo does not file directly to HMRC. Instead, we make UK tax reporting easier with one-click accounting exports and detailed transaction history you can download and share with your accountant. How much does SMS cost?
SMS is an optional add-on available on both Solo and Growing plans. It's pay-as-you-go at just 5p per text message. Use it for booking reminders, confirmations, or marketing campaigns. SMS costs are billed monthly with your subscription - no monthly fees, no commitments, only pay for what you use.
